today I went for a dark beer: Quad the fox, by Foxtown beer crew.
It is a quadrupel, meaning that is is a very strong beer (11% ABV in this case).
Tastewise, it is somewhat more bitter and less sweet than I would have expected, but I like it.
unfortunately, I rarely drink 11ABV beers, since the amount of alcohol is huge (so you can't drive afterwards etc)...
In the picture, the foam is extremely coarse, not sure why that is, although very strong beers are known to have a bad foam stability.
