Load shedding…. Currently the most fear inspiring word after “lockdown” in South Africa. Believe me... there is no one more punctual than Eskom's load shedding switch guy!
There is a price to live in our beautiful country, it doesn’t help to complain, you need to make the best of our corrupt government and institutions and try to make it work for you. Even though we sell our electricity to our neighboring countries, they pay even less for units than we do and never experience our dreaded load shedding, sitting hours without power, or even worse, without Wi-Fi and 2 teenagers in the house!
Therefore, when I learnt yesterday morning that we were going to spend the night with the neighbor’s generator humming in the background, I thought, what better way to embrace the darkness with a girlfriend, a lekker fire, crackling in the background, pizzas and of course, beers and Jägermeister!
Cheers to many more dark, drunken nights with friends!!!

😂😂 I absolutely love beer! It's a staple in my diet! That's why I drink Castle light during a normal day at home, at 4% alcohol, I can sit and drink it all day long. I love my craft beers mostly and I am naughty for a stout, but I try to keep it light at home 😘
Makes sense, I am also loving all the craft beers that are becoming available these days.

Our formerly free country, now known as the not so united states of america. Has taken the same path of corruption. Soon we will be experiencing the wonders of what they call here... "The Rolling Black Outs." All just another fraud to raise the price of energy.
