No, unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to try De Garde however in Europe we have quite good access to Cantillon, and others alike and my experience with them so far, is that time helps them to become more gentle and civilized, therefore I usually store them for a couple of years before drinking. Ya Mikkel makes some good stuff. Wildly inconsistent though as to be expected from a gypsy brewer. But some of the Spontan series have been delicious! I must admit I am very jealous of your easy access to Cantillon, the lads go mental for that shit over here.....
