Nothing can beat a good homebrew beer. I have done some very basic brewing a long time ago but would really like to get back into it. I helped out my cousin with a porter partial mash recipe a few months ago and it turned out really well. He is quite a serious home-brewer though and always has delicious new beers to try out. I am getting thirsty just thinking about it. Look forward to seeing your other recipes as you try them out and also hearing how this one turned out.
I think you must definitely do it again!! Currently it is still fermenting.
