Hello friends, I had the opportunity to drink the Solera IPA polar brewery. this beer came to the market recently but had not tried it yet.
This beer has double hops, malted barley, higher alcohol content and high fermentation, the IPA beats the other beers in intensity of aroma and in bitterness, because their strong body is felt from the beginning, you can perceive the citrus flavor.
Surely many already know the meaning of IPA, but for those who do not, I will explain, are the acronyms of India Pale Ale: India, because it was a beer designed for the English troops that made life in the Indian colony, Pale because despite being strong is paler than others of its kind (although darker than the Pilsen type) and Ale because it is made with that brewing method, which is very similar to the Alt of the Germans.
I love a good IPA. I've tried finding Solera in Australia but they don't seem to be available here.
The polar brewery has a presence in many countries, do not be surprised if one day you can try this delicious beer.
Solera IPA sounds and look good. Cheers from Belgium.
