Growing up I didn't really care about figure skating. I thought it was.........well you don't want to know. As I got older and married my beautiful wife I started going to these events like Stars on ice. It was amazing to watch Canada's best perform at the highest quality there is. This is one photo I took, however in real life it's much better :)
With the amazing performances of Gold medalist Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir,Patrick Chan,Meagan Duhamel & Eric Radford, Kaetlyn Osmond( WOW) Jeffrey Buttle, Gabrielle Daleman, Kaitlyn Weaver & Andrew Poje and last but not least Elvis Stoijko. When Elvis would go into his spin it was like a tornado that was going to disappear into a speed warp. They were all truely amazing. When Tessa & Scott did their performance it was like 2 heavenly being performing perfectly for the great creater. As the skate continued you could see the people around start to tear up, it was so powerful. I'm still blown away.
Amazing show WOW!, Well as the night finished my mother inlaw said this was the best night she's had in a long time. I then pulled out 3 meet & Greet tickets for my Mother inlaw, wife and sister inlaw. My mother inlaw went crazy. It was the most beauty example of tender shock and excitement I've ever seen. Tears were flowing and away they went to the meet & Greet. Her dream was to someday be able to meet them and now it was about to come true :)

And of course Patrick Chan & the amazing Elivis. One of the highlights of the meet & Greet was that the skaters were so personable and just wanted to keep talking. It was the best gift I gave my wife for her birthday and Mary is still in shock, it will be a Mothers day she will never forget :)

skating is beautiful to see, I think that it has to be very difficult to danc and do all the thing on ice !Is a beautiful spectacle.
