So it's Thursday already, whew! It made me wish we could press a button for December to slow down a little. It felt like it was rushing somewhere, lol!
Anyway, we went to the farms a few days ago to check out the boys' crops. They wanted to harvest their potatoes so the hubby needed to confirm. While getting through the overgrowing weeds and grasses, I was astonished to find colorful blooms on the steep side wall of the field. They were Begonias! The hardy ones, if I'm not mistaken. And I thought they were houseplants! But how on earth did they end up there?
I let the husband go ahead and took my time admiring the blooming beauties and snapping some pics.
There were plenty of them on that spot, growing amongst weeds. Some buds were yet to open, others had popped, showing their bright yellow pollens. It made me wonder if the previous tenants planted them there before. If they did, why in such an odd spot? But then, I couldn't answer that myself, lol!
And so I left the place wondering and followed the hubby to the farther end of the field. Perhaps one of these days, I'll go back to that spot and pull some of them to transplant in the yard😊
(That is, if my lazy bones would not get the best of me).
Half an hour later, we were in the backyard watching the sunset. My phone no longer takes good photos. Maybe it's time to consider (seriously) looking for a proper camera. I've had that plan for a while but kept on postponing. The hubby prefers a drone so we still have to debate over it, lol!
Meanwhile, on another completely different topic, I found my Lil Guy in a very odd sleeping position the other night. With the dimmed light in the bedroom, I could not pinpoint where his head was so I just took photos with the flash on.
His senses were so strong that he moved a bit seconds later revealing where his face was. Naughty lil kid, huh! But yeah, his antics, no matter how lame they seem always make me laugh.
And that's just my story for today😎 Hope life is treating us all well. Have a fantastic day (night) wherever you may be.

Hi @ifarmgirl, I absolutely agree about December running away with us! In fact, the whole of 2024 has disappeared in a flash!
Yongi looks like a ball of fluff lying like that, I cannot work out where his head is. The brown patch perhaps?
Anyway, try to slow down and perhaps December will do the same😉
Hello, Lizelle. 2024 felt like it just passed by, lol!
You got it :) He was concealing his face with his other leg😅
With the holidays here, it's a lil challenging to slow down, but will try hehe. Besides, I don't wish to get drained this season :) Thank you Lizzie and have a wonderful season
Kapag Christmas season maraming events kaya busy kaya mabilis ang oras. Anyways yung dogo....
Sabagay nga naman :) Happy Holidays sa inyo :)

maybe some seeds got there with wind, or someone planted there at random 🤔

That could have happened too. I'm more inclined to believe someone planted them there :)

I am amazed to see the beauty of flower photographs. I must say those pictures were captured by skilled person in photography. I really loved all of those.

Yes sis, it's running quite fast😬. Before we could even notice. That flower is rare in my place, I haven't seen it before but I've heard its name 😁. And Yongi is really cute. Maybe dreaming in his sleep 😁.
