I work with young people as a volunteer mentor and run a workshop on self esteem and body confidence: part of this is challenging what is portrayed on social media vs the reality. How do we support very young people who see things they are not supposed to see and which their undeveloped brains are unable to compartmentalise/process? I'm still working on the answer ...
