Are you addicted to the internet?

Am I addicted to the Internet? This is a question that sometimes passes through our minds, but which is quite often swept away by a wave of Youtube videos which, at the moment, seem to us absolutely necessary for the smooth running of our day. So today, let's take the time to ask the right questions lightly. The observation may not be very glorious, but we are all in the same boat!

Here we go! Let's go!

How many messages do you send per day (text messages or instant messages)?
If your answer is that you don't have a mobile phone, bravo, you are an incredibly unique person! For all the others, a dozen or so text messages a day is quite reasonable. Each of us must be careful to moderate ourselves according to our real needs. You can choose to send messages only to your loved ones, or to reserve them strictly for your professional life. It's up to you to see if this or that message is really necessary or if you can do without this reflex.

You're at the restaurant and the waiter brings you a sexy burger' so sexy'. What are you guys doing?
It's hard nowadays to go to a restaurant without half of the room taking pictures of their plate! If you are one of those who think that these people are wasting crazy time photographing their steak/fries, you are clearly full of wisdom! If, on the other hand, your plate is, in your eyes, the most beautiful thing on earth and it is urgent to share it with the world, you are undoubtedly a little excessive and it is high time to taste your dish!

How fast are you posing?

If to post mean send an email for Christmas and birthdays, there is no risk of any addiction on the horizon! You can continue your day with peace of mind. For those of you who publish every thought that passes through their heads or their slightest deeds and gestures, it may be time to step up. Before you post anything and everything on the Internet, ask yourself if this information is really needed/ funny/interesting for others and even for you! It is possible that the evidence may prove otherwise.
A friend calls you impromptu and offers you a drink. What are you guys doing?
Go out for a drink? Outside? No way, Netflix is holding you hostage and House of Cards' last season is almost over. Maybe next week, maybe. In addition, you have become much too sensitive to daylight. A face-to-face meeting with the outside world puts your health at risk. Okay, we exaggerate, but if you recognize yourself a little bit in this stereotype, it's time to let go of the Internet and get some fresh air outside!

Your phone is failing you and you no longer have access to the Internet. What's your reaction?

This simple idea made you fail? It would certainly be wise to take advantage of this imposed break to recharge your batteries and distance yourself from the Internet. After all, a day or two without the Internet could do you the greatest good and you'll find the taste of simple things! Like opening a dictionary when you don't understand word for word, or taking out your dusty recipe book instead of asking Google!

What's up? Internet addict or not? For those of you who feel a little finger-pointed and judged, don't worry, we are all addicted to our phones or other modern-day devices to varying degrees. The whole is to self-regulate and become better aware of our uses in order to use the new technologies in a more rational way.

If, on the other hand, spending a day or even a whole weekend without the Internet doesn't bother you at all and you even do it sometimes deliberately, you are definitely a beautiful person, healthy in body and mind. Congratulations.

I am 100% addicted to Internet. Well, it is my main tool to use at the moment. Welcome to the XXI century! I don't think it's weird. Actually it's like "are you addicted to newspaper?" few years ago. People evolve and so do technology... Lucky us!
