When we live our life without the virtue that is faith, we crumble to the tiniest obstacles that comes our path. Belief they say can move mountain but have your belief in something ever been tested? This is where the believers and the non are differentiated. Saying you believe in something without practicing said beliefs is why the organisation that's the church came up with doctrines to border-check our resolve. What if what our belief lies on is that which can't be seen? This is where faith comes in because it is without form and is the truest notion of belief.
Nowadays, many organization have sprung out, preaching from the bible. They have twisted the scriptures to suit their needs. Many people have flock as congregation to this establishment of wealth centered to the benefit of those in the helm of faith nurturing. Whereas their congregation live in penury, supporting each project the establisment embarks on, with funds and time.
Today is Sunday. From my religion, it is a day of rest and worship of our creator, so matter what faith you believe in - mediate and seek the divine revelation that would help you in understanding religion and spirituality as it hinges on your redemption in the life after if you think otherwise, give me your thoughts

Interesting and positive thoughts. Question though -- from your perspective, do you have to believe in something outer worldly to benefit from this thought process? Or could you potentially believe in the long term potential of humanity, kindness, etc? It seems like there are lots of shared values across religions that benefit everyone.
There should be a belief in something supreme and outer worldly. It is this belief that nurses humanity be it kindness, peace n then some. People would always have their opinion on religion but if whatever you doing benefit others too then you are on the paths that is faith inclined.
