I think we should first believe in luck or I may say God, after than we can believe in ourselves, believing In ourselves is quite important, it helps us to achieve various things as you have discussed, everything can be achieved when one believes in his own self first, but nothing can be achieved if there isn't Gods will in it, first believe in God then in our own self. Interesting thoughts my friend, I started following you. You are a piece of greatness of your creator, if that is true, the creator lives in you, and if the creator lives in you, when you believe in yourself first, you believe in your creator as well. We are all the same, we are never separate from each others. Don't see your creator as someone outside of yourself because you are a creator as well.
