Losing belly fat...With coffee and walking...by MRGOODSETT

First month I walked 1/2 miles 4 days per week...Second month 1-1/2 miles 4 to 5 days per week...3rd month a solid 2 miles for 5 days a week. I walked with a brisk pace and would drink coffee as I walked. Went from about a flabby 215 pounds to about a solid 202 pounds with most of the fat loss in my belly and chest area. If you try this routine make sure you take a piece of fruit or granola bar in case you need a quick snack. MRGOODSETT!!!
