The theme of my posts today seems to be about shoots going wrong. Well this one was totally my own fault, mostly because it was a terrible idea to start with.
I somehow got the idea that a shoot on my friends sports bike (Yamaha R1) with a topless model with a smoke machine and colored gels on the flashes could look good.... no no no. Horrible tacky idea that turned out every bit as bad as it should have. Thankfully I've learnt a bit over the years and my taste has developed so I'd never in a million years shoot that now.
However on the flip side, it was only a few months after I'd done this awful shoot that I looked back and remembered we'd shot a few silly frames at the end where the model had found a little toy bike and was posing on it. I ended up loving those shots just because they looked so ridiculous in a fun way. It actually made the entire shoot worthwhile.
Trust me its for the best I don't share the ugly mess that was the main shoot but this one I thought was worth a sharing, just because its a bit of fun :)

Mwhhaaaahahaha you've found me out!! Seriously man this is me doing a good deed by only posting this one shot. The rest are not easy on the eye at all.
Looks pretty good actually... her post¡ition, her gaze beyond the photograph, the smoke around the subject gives the sensation that she is about to bolt right in our direction :)
Haha cheers @hervisson. I think I may have just got lucky with the lighting on these as the rest of the shoot was pretty terrible. These final mess around shots did make the whole thing worthwhile though.

Yep just for this shot alone it was worth it. The others I can laugh about.
This is a proof that a photo doesn't have to show bare breasts to be a nice one :) Well done! The only thing I would personally edit is the blue can in the back, if you change it to monochrome it would not attract as much attention to itself. But im just being picky at this point.
Fully agree, definitely not needed for a shot to have appeal. I dont mind shots having nudity or glamour elements if they're unashamed of what they are, if that makes sense. I've seen some amazing glamour shots, or beautiful nude shots that make no apologies for what they are, the intended style is very much in your face. I quite like that. In my case though the idea just just tacky so was lucky to come away with this one.
