You take cornmeal, you make a soft dough, you put on the plate a small sphere that when crushed takes that circular shape with curved and delineated edges. Cook each side for approximately 7 minutes, then open in the middle and fill to taste! An explosion of flavor that we call AREPA. A very delicious photography session
