He for certain would kill Steven Seagal in a fight today looking like that. Back in the 90s I wasn't certain who would win. I wish they had fought; we will never know now. If you weren't aware, back in the 90s there was a lot of trash talk between the two and Seagal challenged Van Damme to a real fight but it never happened.
