No Photoshop used to change colours and there no different rules of traffic regulations in Lithuania... :) Take a look at the kid with a flag on the bottom of the frame. It was shot on the 11th of March - Lithuanian Independence Reinstatement Day. For a couple of hours street lights were changed according to the colours of the Lithuanian flag.
Originally celebrated the holiday. The drivers were also happy :-) ???
You wont believe how happy they were :) It was done only on the temporary closed streets and also there were police officers to help everyone with unusual lights pattern :)
