I love the deep of the sky. And who rules over who, Isis or the moon? Is the "gold" gold leaf or metallic paint or simply yellow/ochre paint? Wonderful as usual. I wanted your opinion on Bescouted. I am thinking of joining, but it seems to be mostly photographers, but I see you are on it. How does it work? Does one simply post their images and it is somehow tied to Steem? I hope you don't mind my asking you.
Always a pleasure to "see" you! Many thanks for your kind words... I don't think, there is one ruling over the other, to me it is about being close.. Yes, the gold is gold leaf. Sorry, not the best photo.
I would definitely recommend BeScouted. The owner David came to steemit just before I did and we have become "steemit buddies". He originally created BeScouted as a platform for people in the photo business to connect and encouraged me, when I thought about getting an account there. Sign up as "photographer".. you are photographing your work (David's words). They are now connected to the steem blockchain, so when you post something there, it shows up in your steemit feed, provided, you follow the instructions to connect accounts, once signed up.

In case you are looking for another reward based site, I just found Sola where you can post pictures/photos and get rewards like here. With its own currency.... I've only been there a couple of days myself, but I've met a few people from here already. If you use my link I get a reward... and you, of course, also one from me in return :-)

Found ya :-) Looking good, one can't do much wrong. For extra exposure go to one of my later posts there, click on "artists of plag" on top and prioritize that channel. Then you can post to that instead of "world".
Reinhard likely can explain it better, but there are a few artists on it also. Just no category for art. I asked and they said they are working on it. Myself, I am under category designer. (I do use my artwork at times to create designs for merchandise etc).
In order to cross-post to steemit, you have to put your posting key into the settings.
My BeScouted page OTTO RAPP - my first 3 uploads were not cross-posted - I only clued in later how it works.
There are not many under the category Designers so on there I am easy to find - but Reinhard is buried in the category Photographers.
I am sorry to bother both of you but when I try to sync by bescouted with steemit I put in the key but it says there is no such user name and I have tried every configuration how did you do it. What did you use as your useraname? Did it have the @ were there spaces or no spaces? Capitalized or not? I am so frustrated as I have been trying all day! Sorry to bombard your comments section, but as you both have successfully done it, I figured you'd might be able to help.

I like this - now I am wondering: I am also occasionally posting on bescouted, but then I usually edit the post in steemit to ad a few extras.
I do the same, since I'm more used to the editor here. To my knowledge, it makes no difference. On Sola yet, Otto?
I spend way too much time on the computer as is - but I saved it to my 'to do' file.
Right now I am updating and re-designing the Visionary Art Gallery pages (over 500 artists) because Flash does not work anymore (Ning embedded slide shows) and will be totally obsolete by 2020 anyway.
Arrrgh... sounds like a Herculean task :-o
I have a to do file too. Throw it away regularly, when it gets to full and start with an empty one ;-)

I love the texture you produced here. It reminds me of an old ink drawing on papyrus that I acquired years ago.
