The original is a glass paintig in my special "sous verre" (reverse glass) technique. Now added to my BeScouted album, where you can see a larger number of my pictures all at once.

I dedicated a drawing to you! https://steemit.com/art/@katharsisdrill/bes
That flower pattern circle is something I remember this painting for. And purples are just mmmm @reinhard-schmid :)
Beautiful, I love the background, that must have taken along time?? And how you have managed to make the water look realistic!
Yes, the background was a lot of work. The water was the biggest challenge, but in the end it worked well being drawn with pencil first and then use a white color pencil for the highlights.
Yes it definitely worked well !!
how..how...how did you paint the water like that?! I can feel its coolness pouring from the bowl - WOW. The colour choice is excellent, deep indigo - so mystical.
Thank you for your appreciation. The water was the hardest part :-b
Dear Artzonian, thanks for using the #ArtzOne hashtag. Your work is valuable to the @ArtzOne community. Quote of the week: Art, freedom and creativity will change society faster than politics. -Victor Pinchuk
Love the imagery and symbolism! Thanks for sharing :)
Thank you for looking :-)
The water and the bowl is a genius study in light and luminescence.
It took a lot of experimenting and trial and error to get to this point on glass.
I would think so. Aren't you committed to your first layer as well? I would assume the highlights and such have to be put down first as you are building backwards on the glass? Or maybe I don't completely understand it? Anyway, it is a very successful result and I love the blue colour story.
You are right, one does work in an odd sequence and the highlights have to be put down at an early stage. I also work with leaving areas blank, like in watercolor...
Amazing work sir
Thank you :-)
Hope to learn someday from you.
An interesting combination of rocks with marine cancer. Beautiful painting!
It was for a theme show and I always look for a "different" solution...
Wow. I like it Reinhard
Thank you!
you know you arrived as an artist when you use methods that can only be described with a French name 😄
Haha... or an Austrian: "Mische" ;-)
Beautiful weird and wonderful. So imaginative yet so precise and tactile. I can feel the textures
Such delicate work!
Wow! It was s really an amazing talent. Keep it up sir!
Hi Reinhard. I hope you're well! Just letting you know that I featured you in my latest post: https://steemit.com/art/@beinart/inspiring-artists-on-steemit
Love your work!
It should be mind over matter...but sometimes there's just too much matter
in this case, I think it doesn't matter ;-)
