We all have bad days. Some have worse days than others. Nevertheless, there is no escape, the bad day comes for you and you can not escape. 

But when he comes, we have to be prepared, right?

Sometimse just be stupid ! Dont take everyting so sirios ! Try to found the stupid and fun moments around . Life is hard any way so why to make it harder with to much of thinking ?
