Even though it says that I can contact bidbot on the bid.bot/me page, I see nowhere to do so. I have been a regular buyer of credits lately, as I like the service and its payout capability. I had purchased the use of 10 credits for a particular post. In the table below which I pasted from my account on the bidbot.me/dashboard page, you will see the lines of credits purchased and then how many were delivered being equal. This is OK for the first 2 lines because they are in process. The 3rd one is expired and was for 10 credits, yet it shows it only used 7. Did I get those 3 credits back? Why weren't they used? How can I tell if I got them back? I see the column help hover box says that unused credits will be refunded, but I don't see any way to see that transaction being pushed back within the dashboard view.
