Downvotes are only healthy if they are used for what it was meant for. Now it is used for all kind of reasons and that stops me from using it.
Author/duration split can not be 50/50 if posts less as 20 STEEM get less and 20+ get more or is there a bonus.
As I understand from the "new steem" post written by @stermblog a vote counts if the crowd voted much for it... To me this means the amount of votes no matter if the vote is worth anything. In reality it means the earning (big vote of someone will do).
Can you please explain this to me plus where I can find a list "you earn unless... and all the exceptions when not". That seems to be quiet a lot.
