Just saw this and had an idea on how us, the users could implement it.

My Idea (Probably won't have time to make it tho):

• We have an account which users follow
• People send money to that account (maybe tiered i.e.)
  • 0.001 Per person per reblog account
  • 0.01 per person per reblog account
  • 0.1 per person per reblog account
• Account reblogs (limited) number of posts per hour

Edit: Should probably add that the money is then split between all the followers (and a small fee to the account?)
