In an interview with CBC News, incumbent President Joe Biden was asked whether similar courtesy would be maintained with former President Donald Trump and whether he would receive intelligence. "I don't think so," said President Biden.
At the time, he said Trump's reckless behavior should not be the reason for his intelligence. "I don't think Trump needs to be given intelligence," Biden said. This is how Biden spoke about Trump in his first interview since taking office.
