There was a talk about the biggest tree(Sweet chestnut) in SLO, that's nearby Sevnica, so we went looking!
And there it was..
Its so massive, that four main branches, that are like four independent trees, growing from the center of the tree, were needed to be tighten to the center of the tree to prevent collapsing
It is said, that the tree was planted by the Turks, more than 400 years ago!!
It has been pronaunced a natural herritage and biggest tree in Slovenia (more than 10m circumference)
It truly is something..
