I am a firm believer of weight management which helps me not only keep fit but also prevent weight gain by maintaining my present weight, So as a weight manager for my self, lol that sounds funny. I am watchful of what I consume for breakfast, lunch and dinner
So I decided to share my dinner with you which consist of Unsweetened yoghurt + coconut + apple +dates+grapes
I went for the unsweetened yoghurt because of the no sugar anf flavour content, these are things I watch out for in my foods.
