SteemVoter is like a list of rules based on Who you want to Upvote and how New you want their posts to be when you upvote them. For example, I have my SteemVoter set to automatically upvote many people's posts 1 minute or 30 minutes after they post it. Including yourself 😄 And you can select the % upvote for each account too. Highly recommend checking it out! You add accounts to your Upvote List under the Rules button by saying Add Rules. 💯
