Thanks, still no successful outcome. Since they have created a new ticket board, they assure me if i fill it in correctly there won't be a problem, however i give up already! I followed their procedures, sent videos, filled in form correctly, & still waiting i guess!
Really not sure why they don’t believe me and most of all can’t read the hive blockchain??????
Oh! I am sorry to hear this! They are too inflexible in their approach.
Perhaps you should send another reminder that you are still patiently waiting for more positive answer.
They could easily check that you own the two accounts any way. A nice reminder may persuade them to apply common sense to the situation.
Things are not too cheerful overall in the markets. But in the long run, cryptocurrency will thrive as fiat money will get back to its original value.
