A well stated post. I tend to be a second shifter as I lean that way with my sleep. I know that a well known doctor has sad to not eat until three hours after your get up and do not eat thee last three hours before sleeping. I also know that third shifters have a higher tendency to eat junk food which does not nelp matters. Certain careers like musician encourage poor eating by eating at night following your gig. Shameful! LOL Thanks for sharing. - Troy
