Gilbert Ling and "water membranes"

in #biology5 years ago (edited)

Gilbert Ling (Wikipedia:Gilbert_Ling) who developed the electrodes that Andrew Huxley (Aldous Huxley's brother) later used in his experiments around nerve signals. Ling spent his life disproving dominant assumptions in cell biology, and repeatedly stated that cell membranes are polarized structured water. Here are a few examples, from his life work, available in the public domain.

Cell membranes are structured water.
