This tender lady-dove came to us two days ago. She has damaged the wing and is flying very badly, so she cannot survive on her own. Despite overpopulation, we agreed to accept her.
Lady-dove was found and rescued by the same people who two years ago brought the pigeon Vovka to us. We now have very strict rules, we do not accept birds without a preliminary examination of the vet and tests for the presence of parasites. This is a necessary measure. We have a large number of animals and birds and any infection can be fatal.
All the conditions were met and we settled a lady-dove in the aviary where Vovka lives. The inhabitants of the aviary were hospitable and the lady-dove quickly settled there.
What a great shot and very kind as always!
Good to follow these rules. Better to save just the one.
Cute
Thank you:)
