My pleasure, I'm not always cheery, but I try to only let the grumpiness the pain causes out for short bursts and then I make myself start humming or singing (not well, but still it helps,) to get into a better mood/frame of mind and I've found it has made a big difference for me, so I like to try and pay that positive energy forward as we need it to combat all the negativity that bombards us. 😊
