Birthdays always remind us of the opportunity God has given us to be alive and to be useful while we are still alive. Some celebrate their number of years on earth while others celebrate years of impact on earth.
It's the birthday of a dear sister and a beloved friend by the name Joy
Yea she is not a member of this platform but I am using this medium to celebrate with her on her birthday because she mean a lot to me. There are many things to write about her but no need for the so much epistle although it's needful.
Yes she is physically beautiful but her physical beauty from the sincerity of my heart does not draw much of my attention because I have learnt to look beyond the physical appearance of a person and to look on the substance inside.
Last year when life was rough and tough to me, your words stood like a strong pillar behind the falling walls of my life. At those point I gave up on life, your words came calling me back to reality of life and reminding of the true meaning of my name Gideon.
One of the things I will not easily forget about you is the 2,000 naira you gave me even without me asking for it. You asked about my wellbeing last year December and I told you I had nothing to eat, I never wanted collecting the money but you pleaded I accept it. Yea the 2,000 might appear to be small but it was like a million dollars to me.
