How are you guys doing today.
Today is my birthday (yippee)
I've been on Steemit for a while, but I'm not very active.
Sometimes I get discouraged with the so many little upvotes.
Sometimes I try to write good thoughts but when it's not appreciated I feel off.
Sometimes all I want is those beautiful comments, to keep me writing, keep me posting.
My name is Victoria Slessor.
I am a student of communication art of the University of Uyo.
I love to write, speak my mind, talk about issues I can relate with.
Sometimes I get lost in music, as it connects me to a world different from my own.
It's been a wonderful 2decades of my life.
I'm grateful to God, to my family and my friends for their love always.
I don't have enough to celebrate or buy cake, so my friend and I (birthday mate) all went to the studio for a photoshoot.
I went to barb my hair.
Now that I'm almost done with exams, I will be active on this platform.

Don't get frustrated if you are not appreciated for the content you create. It also happens to me many times. I am no someone who could give you tough advice or suggestions on "what to do or what not to do?" but, what I feel, after having spent close to 7 months that not everyone can get up the ladder of success in the same way. We need to be relaxed, calm, have patience and last but not the least continue doing what we're supposed to be doing.

I also started getting down when my posts were not getting the attention I felt they should. What I realized was that I started enjoying reading and commenting on other's posts more than I liked posting. It is a fun place if you don't get caught up in the site politics :-)
