Yep, I had most of my BTC on Bittrex and saw this announcement as well. I still agree with @qsypoq feel safer keeping all my BTC on Exodus (hard drive wallet) until after August 1st. Even though Exodus announced they won't be supporting BCC (https://www.cryptoninjas.net/2017/07/27/exodus-not-supporting-bitcoin-cash-users-will-able-claim-bcc/), we can still export the key out and get it later on.
Speaking of Bitcoin cash, do you think it will have lasting value or are you just going to sell it August 1st and dump it for what you can get then? It's so hard to tell what the future will hold!! Hmm..
I am not good in trading and don't know. I believe that I will sell some because I have no money.
Fair enough, yeah if you're worried about long term safety, I'd suggest investing in silver instead. Tons of info out there online on how the price is manipulated and the true value is WAY more than $16/ounce. Cryptos have great potential too, but I wouldn't consider them quite as much of a "sure thing" as silver.
That said, if you just need fash (fiat) cash then you gotta do what you gotta do, totally understand that.
