yes, that is what we take for granted in Steemit for example, lightning fast transactions, each upvote like for your nice comment is a transfer of value and i want it back so hardly for Bitcoin too. In the good old days of Bitcoin this was standard with a bunch of users around the world, now we see it again soon i think!
