Bitcoin touched 3800$ will touch 5000$ in September

As we see that Bitcoin has touched 3800$ and critics are saying it will touch 4000$ by the end of August. And in September, it is expected to touch 5000$

What do you guys think?

I dont see why not we might see a significant drop eventually but it will only go right back up.
