購入するかどうかは別として、こうしたICOには必ず「登録」をしておくのが自分なのですが…
登録できない？？？
Regardless of whether you usually purchase from usual or not, we always "register" these ICO.But I could not register.
どうやら日本からの登録はまだできない様子。QUOINEは金融庁から認可された取引所ですし、QASHの取り扱い許可が下り次第ってことだと思います。
まぁ取引所のICOに関しては他にもあるので比較しながら検討していきます。
Apparently it seems I can not register from Japan yet. QUOINE is an exchange authorized by the Financial Services Agency and I think that it can be sold as soon as QASH's handling permission is received.
Well I'd like to consider while comparing ICOs on exchanges as there are others.

どういたしましてです。自分も同じくSteemitの記事のおかげで大分助かっています。
自分は他には仮想通貨絡みのブログ、２ちゃんねる、Twitter、取引所のチャットを巡回しつつ、最終的には公式のHP等で確認する格好ですね。先日のZcashのように噂が先行するケースもありますし、公式だけではなくアンテナは広く張っておくようにしています。
