Many of us have heard about Bitcoin Faucets.
These are sites where Satoshi pay to you for input captures and viewing ads.
Simply sign up on these sites, enter the captcha and you will begin to accumulate Satoshi.
For example, here you can receive from 10 to 40 Satoshi:

Now, you can collect Satishi faster. Macros make the presses a few buttons in a row.
And even if the macros does not work sometimes, in 99% it works as it should.

When you have collected enough Satoshi in Faucethub.io, (typically from 25,000 Satoshi), you can send them to your Bitcoin wallet, It takes 24-48 hours.
Now you can send Satoshi to the address of the wallet of the person to whom you want to express gratitude for the content.
This is the easiest way to say "Thank You" with Bitcoins!
