Why does the government feel they can text me on bitcoin when they don't provide any service or infrastructure to make it function?
The answer is simple.. entitlement for the government means entitlements for everybody else that doesn't want to do anything for a living. For the government will will be able to control what the entitled people get to do or not do with their money, property and personal health.
