Great tips, I guess it's all about prioritizing what you really want in the long term against what you may want right now (fancy food, clothes, alcohol and cigarettes). It can be much more satisfying at the end of the month to end up with saved money instead of a lot of stuff you don't really need. Also, with beans and rice you can make kitchari, very healthy ayurvedic dish to cleanse and detoxify :)
