Not at all. Just because Bitcoin and Ethereum were already very profitable for the ones who got in early, it doesn’t mean they won’t continue being in the future.
Currently, crypto currencies and other blockchain digital assets are evaluated at about $100bn. That’s a very small fraction in the world of financial assets and these technologies can do a lot of things besides digital currency.
Take a look at gold for example. A lot of it’s value comes from speculation as it’s a somewhat rare metal and can be used to give a value to currency. Technologies like bitcoin can do that and much more using cryptography and having users mining and securing the network. To put things into perspective, gold has a market cap of $7.6 trillion.
Technology has been and will continue to profoundly change the world’s economy. Bitcoin and other blockchain technologies are a huge landmark. I would say there’s still a long way to go

I'm the first one to say I have almost ZERO experience investing. I've only recently started looking at cryptos again, after passing up bitcoin back in 2014 at $30 a coin. Needless to say I feel stupid, but LESSON LEARNED.
So now I am in the game as hardcore as I can (mining and investing fiat into cryptos) and yeah, its paying for itself quick. Honestly, if you stick with a handful of the top 15, you probably have a decent chance of making a killing. Even if you're holding zero assets right now in crypto, there are a few players that could change your life in a short time, I think. My life isn't changed yet of course, but the future looks bright.

There's still a lot of people that have no idea what crypto currency's are or what even bit coin is definitely a time to be investing in these currencies
