Oh, that's a very ingenious way for Bitcoin Cash (which I never herd of short of last week) to get hold of peoples private keys. Not saying it's a scam. But it could be ;)

That is exactly what it looks like. Anyone excited about sending that info out to get it is insanely misinformed or just doesn't get it
