Hi steemit friends, Bitpinoy (a.k.a) here from the Philippines and I have been following bitcoin only May of last year (2016) but never new it was going to the moon...and so did my knowledge of alt-coins and cryptocurrency.
... December of last year I met new friends trading bitcoin in Bittrex and Poloniex so i became more interested... they were into bitcoin and joined a company with Matrix like MLM or network marketing to increase their bitcoin but I really did not have interest in it so I had to learn on my own basically through YOUtube... now I am an active trader in bittrex and poloniex... normally I buy and HODL in the latter and actively trading in the former... Philippines is a very new market to bitcoin and mostly I should say the bracket age be 20's to 40's... Faucets to earn BTC, Doge, etc. are quite popular as well as possibly 99% go into HYIP... and if you are not careful you fall into traps and lose your bitcoin investment. Nowadays ICO lending platforms are popping up here and there and I should say it's slowly becoming popular... I myself have invested in 3 platforms and so far so good as these are passive streams of incomes. Lending platforms giving on the average 1% interest daily on your invesment. I also invest in legit ICOs like electroneum but sadly is on hold right now... hope it's a HODL and will increase in value. Bitcoin and Crypto is still in it's infancy thus "Invest at your own Risk" , also "Do not invest money that you are not willing to lose"...so that's it and my introduction here in Steemit. Let's ride the Bitcoin wave and alt-coins and hope we can all be successful!
