Thank you for reminding me about the funding issue...I do recall there was a rumour about Putin.
As far as whether she herself committed the crime...it is hard to believe that she did. The pattern of using the law to rid the political system of the opposition is rather apparent by now.
I personally like to think that the public is ready for an authenticity that was not present before. Whether we will see honour, leadership, virtue, etc. remains to be seen. These things are cyclical...sometimes short cycles, sometimes long.
There is a book...'Blood in the Streets' by James Dale Davidson and William Rees-Mogg .....that has a foreword in which the last paragraph mentions the spiritual factor cannot be overlooked in it's effect on history. An excellent book by the way...rather timeless...since history repeats itself. ^__^
