That is a very important milestone for bitcoin, from a very humble beginning of less than $1 7 years ago
Myself, I predict 1 trillion total market cap in 2018.
Once this happens then even if 1% goes into ANY altcoin then we are talking 10 billion dollars. Also the amount of money moving can happen in a matter of hours and people will be able to get rich off $1000 if they bet on the right altcoin.
