I lot of drama the last 12 hours or so with this whole Airhead Ordinals thing.
I can't fully tell how many of the Ordinals were actually minted in the first two days. I know a lot of people got multiples so I'm not really sure at this point and I'm too lazy to check the chain because at this point I don't know if it matters.
Basically the stopped the claim process on day 3 and then did a call announcing the FWA Memecoin Rune drop. Now the floor price has came up for the ones being sold on Magic Eden so if I sold I would likely be up $100. I have thought about it. It is going to really be impossible once again to figure out the game theory on these because if they didn't distribute the full 10,000 Airheads we don't really know what they are going to do with all the rest. Now we have double XP if we did the mint and I'm supposedly going to get this RUNE Drop. I could end up with 3 assets which who knows how much they will all be worth combined.
The Risk
If they don't execute very well and floor prices drop and XP doesn't end up being worth much it could be a bust. Also if the cycle suddenly ends on us. The only way I see that happen right now is if we are eating Nukes from Russia one day for dinner!

There is that and my XP is built up and since a lot of people didn't do that mint
I'm in the top 4,000 as far as the XP rank at this point.
Well, since you got Kamala, i would sell out, if you can break even or better.
You have enough funds to just all this whole thing to go in the dust bin, and so, if we look at it that way, there is only upside.
Now, we must just decide if there will be a BIG upside.
What is the probability of hitting it big?
Will Kamala really be worth 1 bitcoin?
I do not feel that will happen, right now.
However, the NFT market has not even begun its excitement phase yet.
There is probably a floor in on Airheads, as it cost so much to mint, and few will sell below that. Sooooo, if they are selling at all, you will probably get your money back. But, if they catch fire, then you can make a lot holding.
So, the question is, will this Airheads pop before the bullrun? If they will stick around, i don't think you will lose any more money than you already have.
Well I will say this. It does make me sort of scratch my head that they aren't going to post any additional details until next week essentially. So suddenly it's like 2,000 of these things are out there and their plan was 10,000 so how do they truly complete this distribution?
They certainly tried something pretty crazy with all that trying to get a high amount.
If XP just ends up saving on fees in the wallet for Ordinals trading and has no external value that doesn't really help me because I don't see myself trading a bunch of those assets.
Then you have to question if the RUNE meme addition will have a ton of value if people have a bad taste in their mouths from this whole launch.
That Oyl wallet could become a huge piece of the Bitcoin Ordinal, Rune, BRC-20 ecosystem and if they did the game theory to a point that made sense it could work and be a W.
Personally I don't like all this stuff being inscribed on Bitcoin in a lot of ways. If they would have just increased the block size back in 2017 things would be different perhaps bit that isn't what happened.
I might just list Airhead Kamala and put the money into $ZENA. In some respects why deal with their game at this point vs focusing on my own stuff.
Being a part of it certainly taught me a lot. They built a solid following and had a considerable amount of engagement but in some respects fumbled on the 10 yardline.
The guys that bought the whale passes really were stretched out there on this spending $6,900 essentially to have this happen.
I also think that some guys might try to really double down on this whole thing and become a big whale in this ecosystem and have like 8 airheads and end up with a ton of the RUNE memecoin drop. It's hard saying.
Sell 50% to make some profit!
At this point I can't really sell half because all I really have that has a market is the Airhead. So I would have to just sell out of that.
