This news just came in via India's leading auto content website, Cartoq.com - according to the report, a Mumbai city based startup called Truebil has now started accepting bitcoins as payments for used cars.
This start-up claims that it is a perfectly legal way of payment in India.
For this, Trubil has partnered with Unocoin, a website that allows you to trade in Cryptocurrencies.
Sounds cool? Head over to Cartoq for the entire story
Excellent initiative. Last year, Bangalore's Ice cream parlor that accepts BTC was in the news and now this. I'm sure a few more merchants will start to accept Bitcoins in the coming days.
True. I was also all set to start accepting bitcoins as payment for my hotel in Manali. But now back in Delhi in the Corporate sector. Sigh
You don't have to tell me personally if you replan to establish the idea in near future as the other media houses will do it for you. I would really love to spend some BTC that way.
Great....but i am sure that they will take higher amount of bitcoins in comparison to rupees.
Btw they are doing something new good way.👍
Could be - there will be a premium attached to it
