While I was doing my research on if there is a reliable software crypto miner that does what it says without triggering Antivirus, I found HoneyMiner which is quite nice for use average mortals that don't like to use console apps all that much. What it does is mine alternative profitable cryptocurrency and converts it to BTC later, it can use both GPU and CPU for mining (I wouldn't recommend using GPU if you only have one as it pretty much freezes entire windows every few seconds).
As a welcome bonus they are giving away 1000 BTC satoshi to anyone who makes a new account, so that's nice.I must say entire thing looks quite nice and very promising.
As of this post it is at version 0.6.1 meaning they are still adding stuff to it and having serious active development since it is yet to reach version 1.0 at which point it would be considered release version that is complete.
