Bitcoin has been on a bull run for the past week and is now within touching distance of going to $9,000
This represents a 14.64% gain and over $1,000 hike in the price!

Like Bitcoin, some of the other major cryptocurrencies also went up substantially.
Ethereum hit a new high and since had a slight pullback but it's still up there.
This represents a 25.95% gain at almost $94 dollars uptrend for the week.
Litecoin has followed along with a new high
This represents a 21.66% gain and over $15 higher for the past week

All this may adversely affect altcoin prices since they tend to dip as traders switch their portfolio balances from the (risky) alternative cryptocurrencies back to Bitcoin when it peaks.
Will we see $9k+ tomorrow? ..... we wouldn't be surprised!
