Thanks a lot sir for updating us,yes its a phising attempt,you gave exactly what happened cant find this informaation anywhere.That's crazy the guy tried to use everyone else's funds to pump up Viacoin then sell it. Binance found out this was happening and froze all withdrawals. This is exactly what we need exchanges to do. Cheers.
